- Understand client needs and provide tailored financial solutions that align with their business objectives.
- Utilize Salesforce to manage leads, track sales activities, and maintain accurate records of client interactions.
- Deliver exceptional customer service throughout the sales process to ensure client satisfaction and retention.
- Stay informed about industry trends and competitor offerings to effectively position Solidify USA’s products in the market.
- Conduct follow-ups with clients post-sale to ensure successful implementation of financial solutions.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in sales, preferably within the financial services or lending industry.
- Strong customer service skills with a focus on building lasting client relationships.
- Demonstrated ability in inside sales and business development strategies.
- Familiarity with Salesforce or similar CRM software is a plus.
- Excellent communication skills in English, both verbal and written.
