Solinity Marketing is seeking a Client Service Specialist who is highly experienced in project management and client relations to add to its quickly expanding team. We provide internet marketing services within the senior living industry like social media management, content creation, marketing automation, and more. This is the perfect fit for someone who enjoys being a part of a small team and grow quickly with a company.
Day-to-Day
Internally, we have weekly operational video meetings and communicate daily through our task management software, email and video chats. Externally with our clients, we have monthly scheduled calls and can communicate with them daily via email. You will be working with a set amount of clients managing all their communication, coming up with their strategy and helping with deliverables.
Core Responsibilities & Duties
- Communicating effectively client needs and expectations to the team
- Managing client project timelines
- 50% team management & 50% deliverable execution - You will have a team of specialists in social media, design, writing, and websites at your disposal, but the rest of the tasks will be up to you to complete yourself.
- Marketing Strategy & Campaign Development

- Understands Senior Living - We have a very narrow focus in the senior living industry so this candidate must have a baseline understanding of the services offered and the customers we are reaching for our clients.
- Understands Marketing - The candidate has an understanding of marketing principles from direct experience in the world of marketing. The deeper the understanding of marketing the better to be able to answer client questions and communicate effectively.
- Marketing Analytics - The candidate will be required to understand marketing analytics and then develop reports from that data. Being able to look at the numbers and then communicate that in an effective way to the client.
- Highly Detail-oriented - This candidate is often the internal reviewer and therefore will be the last stop before a deliverable gets sent out to the client.
- Good Communicator - This candidate will be the communication funnel between the client and the team and therefore will need to be able to communicate in the most effective way possible to both parties.
- Highly Personable - This candidate will be the day-to-day face of the company with clients and therefore their demeanor and personality will be even more valuable.
