Job Description

Solis Applied Science is seeking an Expert Level Production Specialist GEOINT Analyst professional with experience focused on performing GEOINT services and product creation.   The position will be in the Tampa, Florida area.

Responsibilities :

The Expert Geospatial Analyst is responsible for extracting and acquiring geospatial information, derivative data, and multi-INT data for analysis, visualization, and modeling. This role supports solving problems and enhancing GEOINT knowledge related to mission-specific intelligence issues through GEOINT production and geospatial data management.

Required Skills

  • Must possess a current U.S. Government Top Secret security clearance with SCI eligibility (TS / SCI)
  • Must be able to obtain a CI polygraph
  • 15 years of experience in Imagery Analysis.
  • Deliver timely, relevant, and accurate GEOINT analysis on military, regime, and humanitarian matters concerning countries and issues within the AP AOR to policymakers, allied organizations, the military, and the Intelligence Community (IC).
  • Produce NGA formal written products that require minimal to no editing, including but not limited to Cedalion database remarks, baseline descriptions, PULSE reports, and GEOINT Notes.
  • Conduct multi-INT research to support or provide context for imagery analysis focused on mission-specific issues.
  • Utilize structured observation management (SOM) and activity-based intelligence (ABI) techniques relevant to the topic.
  • Coordinate and collaborate with NGA, DoD, IC, ASG, and international partners on matters of shared interest.
  • Attend and participate in team, branch, NGA, intelligence community, ASG, and international partner meetings, exchanges, and roundtables that directly address or impact the relevant missions.
  • Perform GEOINT analysis on issues within an AOR, utilizing imagery, intelligence databases, and other sources. Apply expertise in geographic information science, remote sensing, GIS, and relevant social and physical sciences to generate insights, identify trends, and support national security objectives.
  • Create shapefiles, geo-databases, and data retrieval / storage to support intelligence analysis.
  • Extract and gather geospatial information, derivative data, and multi-INT data for analysis, visualization, and modeling to address mission-specific intelligence challenges.
  • Manage competing tasks effectively while staying adaptable to evolving requirements.
  • Integrate RAW SIGINT under EO 12333 authorities into regular GEOINT workflows to
  • enhance analysis.
  • Good written and verbal communication skills
  • Demonstrate ability to work independently and as part of the team to manage competing demands, while remaining flexible to changing priorities.
  • Provide Request for Information (RFI) support to forward deployed forces and other IC and COCOM partners.
  • Provide text, graphics, and multimedia products consistent with NGA production standards
  • Proven knowledge of geographic information science and technology, spatial thinking, remote sensing, intelligence topics, and both social and physical sciences to generate information, analyze events, and identify relationships and trends.
  • Familiar with or experienced in identifying military installations and conducting military infrastructure and order of battle analysis.
  • Familiar with or experienced in conducting historical imagery research.
  • Familiar with or experienced in utilizing commercial and NTM imagery sources for analysis.
  • Familiar with or experienced in conducting search missions using softcopy tools.
  • Familiar with or experienced in operating IEC softcopy exploitation workstations.
  • Familiar with or experienced in using NES / Cedalion for research and reporting.
  • Familiar with or experienced in using MIDS-IDB for research.
  • Familiar with or experienced in creating graphic products from imagery sources.
  • Familiar with or experienced in using IC and NGA classification guides.

Desired Skills

  • Conduct hands-on full-motion imagery analysis, generating intelligence across a wide range of issues to support national security goals and senior policymakers.
  • Utilize multi-spectral, hyperspectral, IR, Synthetic Aperture Radar (SAR), LIDAR imagery, and MTI data for detailed exploitation.
  • Develop shapefiles, geo-databases, and manage data retrieval / storage to support intelligence analysis.
  • Bring expertise in photogrammetry, remote sensing, image processing, or regional studies.
  • Demonstrate proficiency with SOM or OBP tools, techniques, and tactics.
  • Skilled in process automation tools, such as Python scripting or ArcGIS Model Builder.
