Responsibilities :
- The Contractor shall research, support development of and prepare intelligence assessments in formats approved by DIA / CENTCOM, meet, or exceed DIA / CENTCOM quality and tradecraft standards, and provide products within mutually agreed upon timelines.
- Contract personnel shall independently produce and database, as required, one or more of the following imagery and / or geospatial based target materials for the CENTCOM AOR in accordance with DoD policy, Chairman of the Joint Chiefs of Staff (CJCS) Manuals / Instructions and CCMD policies and standards for target material production : May require Contractor to support 24 / 7 shift work, TDY and deployment for targeting operations and support.
- The Contractor shall conduct imagery research, analysis and exploitation to produce imagery and / or geospatial based target materials (TM) and other products to support basic, intermediate and advanced
- target development along with combat assessment.
- In support of this task the Contractor shall :
- Produce geospatially enabled target materials (GETM) files in assigned database.
- Provide recommended input to DoD, CJCS Manuals / Instructions, CENTCOM policies, SOPs and
- standards for TM production as required.
- Coordinate with external and internal production centers and customers to ensure product delivery within established timelines.
- Respond to RFI's and prepare and present briefings as required
Required Experience : Minimum 12 years of experience related to the specific labor category with at least a portion of the experience within the last 2 years.
Desired Education : Master's degree in an area related to the labor category from a college or university accredited by an agency recognized by the U.S. Department of Education; or have Bachelor's degree related to the labor category from a college or university accredited by an agency recognized by the U.S. Department of Education and an additional 5 years of related senior experience, for a total of 17 years, as a substitute to the Master's degree.
