POSITION SUMMARY :

The Warehouse Driver & Fulfillment Clerk is responsible for ensuring the accurate, timely delivery of OTC products to customers while also handling product fulfillment and inventory management tasks. This position requires excellent attention to detail, efficient route planning, and the ability to handle multiple tasks, including shipping, receiving, and maintaining a clean and organized work environment.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES :

Delivery & Driver Duties :

Complete product fulfillment orders by selecting, packing, and shipping orders per customer specifications.

Organize and label products according to company guidelines.

Assist in receiving shipments, unloading trucks, matching products against packing lists, and reporting discrepancies.

Perform periodic cycle counts, inventory checks, and back-to-stock returns.

Assist in maintaining clean and organized warehouse areas, ensuring proper labeling of boxes.

Complete daily tasks such as handling returns and organizing inventory.

Customer & Team Collaboration :

Provide excellent customer service by maintaining professionalism and showing respect for confidentiality and privacy.

Work with both team members and other staff to ensure positive outcomes and effective problem-solving.

Communicate well with customers, addressing questions and concerns about deliveries and product orders.

Assist customers, family members, or clients with empathy and understanding, especially with elderly populations.

Compliance & Safety :

Comply with HIPAA, OSHA, and other federal, state, and local regulations.

Maintain confidentiality of customer records and adhere to safety guidelines.

Participate in required meetings, training, and in-service education.

QUALIFICATIONS & EDUCATION :

Minimum of High School diploma or equivalent.

Minimum of one (1) year of experience in route driving or fulfillment.

Valid driver’s license in the State of Florida and an excellent driving record.

Fluency in English and Spanish is preferred.

Proficiency in using handheld devices (tablet, smartphone) and Microsoft Office.

Previous warehouse, shipping, or inventory experience is a plus.

Ability to work independently and in a team setting with excellent time management skills.

Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and the ability to maintain accuracy.

Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.

Must be flexible with schedule, including potential weekend shifts.
