The Public Events Coordinator is involved in the planning and facilitating of all public events, including on-mountain events, ski & bike races, public programming, concerts, and annual festivals. The Public Events Coordinator works closely with Facilites, Food & Beverage, Mountain Operations, and Marketing to create successful and cohesive events.

- Must be available for a varied work schedule and additional time as workload dictates
- Previous travel, hospitality, or ski industry experience preferred
- Previous event experience preferred
- Proficient in the use of Outlook and Microsoft Office suite
- Intermediate or advanced ski or snowboard ability and valid driver's license required
- Attends events day-of, supports operations team, and addresses issues that arise
- Aid in the ideation of public events and event animation in cooperation with marketing, sales, F&B, mountain operations, and other departments as necessary.
- Responds to event inquires and works with the Sales team as needed
- Effectively communicates across multiple departments on event needs
- Acts as the point of contact between vendors, clients, and internal departments
- Creates event orders, diagrams, and banquet checks
- Other duties as assigned
