About this opportunity
We have an immediate opening for an art director on our creative team. Applicants should have the ability to develop campaign concepts, create visual worlds, communications, design systems and packaging with the ability to work in a collaborative multi-disciplinary, fast-paced environment, and present high-quality design executions. This is a hybrid position; all candidates will be encouraged to be on-site in Grapevine, TX at least part time.
Responsibilities
- Work with Creative Director and project team to develop innovative marketing strategies and campaign concepts
- Manage projects from initiation to completion, leading design through conceptualization, execution, and production with support from Project Management
- Establish visual tonality through image curation and art direction
- Integrate motion into design system through storyboarding and animation where applicable
- Realize projects with the highest level of creativity with respect to schedule and budget
- Communicate effectively with department leads
Qualifications
Typical candidates will have 5 years of professional experience and a graduate degree in graphic design or a related field, but we welcome applicants with unconventional backgrounds.
