- Interacts with customers via phone, email, chat, and in person to provide support and information in regards to products
- Facilitate product issue tickets
- Handles customer concerns and ensure appropriate actions are taken
- Maintain and establish customer relations and accounts
- Perform administrative duties
- Additional duties as needed and directed
