Our client, a large telecom companies in Philly, is looking for a Marketing Workflow Operations Specialist who is proficient in Workfront for a permalance contract. This role plays a key role in ensuring efficiency and organization across the Marketing department, including Advertising, Creative, Production, Retail, and Partnerships. This position is responsible for coordinating timelines, optimizing business processes, and supporting cross-functional teams to improve workflow effectiveness. The Specialist will develop and maintain documentation for process flows, instruction manuals, and training materials, ensuring seamless collaboration and alignment across teams. This role requires strong project management, communication, and problem-solving skills to drive operational excellence within the marketing organization.
This is an ongoing hybrid contract that requires 3-days/week onsite in Philly.
Responsibilities:
- Coordinate marketing workflow timelines across various teams to ensure deadlines and deliverables are met.
- Identify opportunities to improve business processes and implement solutions to enhance efficiency.
- Develop, maintain, and update documentation for process flows, instruction manuals, and training materials.
- Work closely with stakeholders in Advertising, Creative, Production, Retail, and Partnerships to streamline operations.
- Support the implementation of project management tools and ensure best practices are followed.
- Facilitate cross-team collaboration by organizing meetings, tracking progress, and resolving workflow bottlenecks.
- Assist in standardizing and optimizing marketing workflows to enhance productivity and consistency.
- Provide training and guidance on workflow tools and processes to internal teams.
- Monitor and report on workflow effectiveness, suggesting improvements based on data-driven insights.
- Ensure compliance with internal guidelines and operational standards.
Qualifications:
- 1-3 years of experience in marketing operations, project management, or process improvement.
- Must be proficient in Workfront with experience managing workflows and optimizing marketing processes.
- Strong understanding of marketing workflows across Advertising, Creative, Production, Retail, and Partnerships.
- Experience with additional project management tools (e.g., Asana, Monday.com, Trello, or similar) is a plus.
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills to drive process efficiencies.
- Exceptional communication and collaboration skills to work across teams.
- Experience in documentation and training material development.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to evolving business needs.
- Knowledge of marketing technologies and workflow automation tools is a plus.
