People Operations

Our client is hiring a contract People Operations Assistant to support their team. This position will be fully remote.

• Hourly pay $23-$29/hour
• Hours 9am-6pm EST

Responsibilities:

• Create, maintain, and update employee records in company’s HR Information System
• Create offer letters, onboarding, offboarding
• Answer and address requests related to employee status updates
• Process, verify and maintain documentation relating to various HR activities
• Provide HR reporting support utilizing Microsoft Excel
• Maintain strict confidentiality
• Take on HR related projects, additional related responsibilities as assigned

Required Qualifications:

• 1-3 years of related HR Operational experience from a high growth fast paced environment
• Proficient Microsoft Office Suite user, Prior use of HR System(s) is a must.
• Great communication and writing skills
• Close attention to details/take initiative
• Customer service mindset.
