Our client, a well known retail company in Seattle, Washington is seeking a Freelance Production Coordinator / Content Creation Coordinator to join their Team. This role focuses on increasing content creation support. Working alongside a talented creative team, you will coordinate day-to-day operations, manage content within the content management system (CMS), and handle the production tasks needed to bring themes to life. This position offers the opportunity to contribute to creative projects, gain hands-on experience and collaborate with a fun, dynamic team on customer-facing work.
Responsibilities :
- Support Creative Leads by handling manual, operational, and logistical tasks required for theme production.
- Work within the CMS to upload, manage, and publish content (e.g., images, audio, and responses).
- Collaborate with cross-functional team members, including designers and project leads, to ensure timely and high-quality content delivery.
- Free up creative and design resources to focus on strategic value-add activities, including pitch decks and experience design.
