Recruiting & Staffing Coordinator

Our client is looking to fill the role of the Recruiter/ Staffing Coordinator. We are looking for driven, passionate and ambitious individuals. • Salary: $45-$50k

Responsibilities:

• Support a team of seasoned professionals by sourcing and selecting candidates with required qualifications
• Establish search priorities by understanding job market trends as well as our recruitment goals and urgency of hiring needs
• Identify and reach out to potential clients and companies through various methods including email, social media, calling, and other forms of professional networking
• Phone/Video screen applicants to assess technical and communication skills, relevant experience, interest level, salary range, and availability.
• Conduct interviews with individuals to understand their career goals and professional aspirations
• Develop and maintain lasting relationships with candidates to stay informed on their job search needs and updates on employment status

Required Qualifications:

• Experience in staffing/sales or be a recent graduate
• Superior communication and customer service skills both written and verbal
• Excellent time management skills
• Outstanding problem-solving ability, patience and desire to win
