Our client, a full-service agency, is seeking a Senior Copywriter who is passionate about crafting human-centered work for purpose-driven brands. This is a unique opportunity to create impactful copy for 360 campaigns, TV commercials, digital campaigns, and storytelling projects. As a storyteller, you’ll play a key role in developing and executing compelling copy for integrated campaigns while collaborating closely with a diverse team of creatives to bring bold ideas to life for one or more key clients. This position is remote, with occasional travel to the agency’s Florida office. Candidates in the Eastern and Central Time zones are preferred.
Responsibilities:
- Lead the concept generation for integrated campaigns across TV, digital, and print mediums as well as storytelling.
- Craft compelling, human-centered stories that resonate across all platforms, from TV commercials to social media and beyond.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to bring creative ideas to life, ensuring seamless integration across all campaign touchpoints.
- Leverage deep consumer insights to create work that moves audiences and drives action.
- Mentor and guide more junior team members, helping to elevate their creative development.
- Partner with project management teams to organize and lead project teams, ensuring smooth workflow and timely delivery.
- Present and advocate for creative ideas, strategies, and rationales both internally and externally with clients.
- Maintain the highest standards of campaign and creative quality throughout the production process.
- Bring innovative problem-solving skills to all aspects of the creative process, regardless of medium.
- Lead or support video and photo shoots, ensuring creative vision is captured on set.
Required Qualifications:
- 6 years of experience in an ad agency environment.
- Healthcare industry experience required.
- 6 years of expertise in conceptual copywriting and storytelling for integrated campaigns.
- A proven track record of creating TV commercials, digital content, and print campaigns that stand out and drive results.
- A portfolio that showcases a wide range of 360 campaigns, including broadcast/TV, digital, and storytelling work.
- Experience presenting ideas and strategies to clients with confidence and clarity.
- Extensive experience with short-form and long-form copy, including articles, scripts, and healthcare content.
- A deep passion and understanding of emotional healthcare marketing, with a history of crafting stories that resonate on a personal and emotional level.
- Willingness and ability to travel as needed.
