Receptionist/Front Desk Coordinator/Administrative Assistant (Onsite)
We are seeking a highly skilled Receptionist/Front Desk Coordinator/Administrative Assistant to join our team at our Radnor, PA office.
Job Description
- Answer phones and direct calls to the appropriate personnel.
- Retrieve, sort, and send mail in a timely and efficient manner.
- Provide administrative support to ensure smooth day-to-day operations.
Requirements
- Personable and professional demeanor.
- Microsoft Office Suite proficiency.
- Previous receptionist or administrative experience.
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree.
- ~2 years of receptionist/administrative experience.
- Recent graduates with office support experience will be considered.
- MS Office proficiency.
Work Arrangements
- Contract to Hire employment type.
- Onsite work hours: Monday through Friday, 8am to 5pm.
