Senior Accountant
QUAD is currently seeking a Senior Accountant for a service organization located in Wayne, PA. Hybrid work environment.
The Senior Accountant reports to the Accounting Manager and will be responsible for recording journal entries, balance sheet reconciliations preparation, financial statement analysis, and documenting cash activity.
Responsibilities:
The Senior Accountant will be responsible for:
Preparing financial statements
Regularly communicating with operational leadership and finance department
Managing all aspects of close process
Completing financial statements and balance sheet account reconciliations
Performing financial and profitability analysis
Supporting audit activities
Providing budget and forecasts support
Skills/Competencies:
The ideal Senior Accountant will possess these skills:
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting
7-10 years corporate accounting experience; public accounting a plus
CPA preferred
Strong GAAP proficiency
Advanced Excel proficiency
Oracle a plus
Knowledge of cost accounting principles and financial statement consolidation a plus
Strong attention to detail
Strong communication skills
Additional Details:
Salary: To $110k + bonus
Employment Type: Direct Hire
