Qualifications :
Bachelor or Master’s Degree in Engineering Discipline
8-10 years of turbine or rotating equipment packaging as well as industrial gas turbines operations and maintenance
Hands on with conducting engineering design studies, review customer specifications to design outcome, check fabrication drawings, specifications and purchase components (industrial heat exchanges, coolers, lube oil systems, motors, generators, etc.)
Ability to run computational fluid dynamics (CFD), finite element analysis, thermodynamics, acoustic analysis, thermal analysis, mechanical calculations
Must have experience with O&M manuals
Excellent communication
Responsibilities :
Lead Engineering design of turbine or rotating equipment packages meets project specifications, industry standards (e.g., ASME, API, ISO), and customer requirements.
Oversee the integration of mechanical, electrical, and instrumentation systems within the package.
Evaluate and approve drawings, schematics, and technical documents.
Provide technical guidance on complex issues, including thermal, vibration, or acoustic challenges.
Address manufacturing, installation, and operational challenges.
Develop project timelines, milestones, and budgets for equipment packaging.
Allocate resources effectively, balancing priorities across multiple projects.
Collaborate with clients, suppliers, and other engineering disciplines to ensure alignment.
Facilitate reviews and approvals throughout the project lifecycle.
Salary : $180,000 - $200,000
