Custom-engineered gas turbine power generation systems, from 1 MW to 25 MW. Ideal usage of these rugged units are in agro-businesses, factories, industrial parks, oil / gas processing facilities, landfills, mining, waste water, and other public and private institutions.

Companies like  Kobelco, Cryostar, Capstone, Atlas Capco, Solar turbines

Mostly energy and infrastructure projects where their units are integrated into the power grid or industrial applications.

Location :  Corona off 91 frwy & Serfas Club close to Orange County border

Size :   12 full time employees mostly engineering  - growing again after Covid downturn.

Qualifications :

Bachelor or Master’s Degree in Engineering Discipline

8-10 years of turbine or rotating equipment packaging as well as industrial gas turbines operations and maintenance

Hands on with conducting engineering design studies, review customer specifications to design outcome, check fabrication drawings, specifications and purchase components (industrial heat exchanges, coolers, lube oil systems, motors, generators, etc.)

Ability to run computational fluid dynamics (CFD), finite element analysis, thermodynamics, acoustic analysis, thermal analysis, mechanical calculations

Must have experience with O&M manuals

Responsibilities :

Lead Engineering design of turbine or rotating equipment packages meets project specifications, industry standards (e.g., ASME, API, ISO), and customer requirements.

Oversee the integration of mechanical, electrical, and instrumentation systems within the package.

Evaluate and approve drawings, schematics, and technical documents.

Provide technical guidance on complex issues, including thermal, vibration, or acoustic challenges.

Address manufacturing, installation, and operational challenges.

Develop project timelines, milestones, and budgets for equipment packaging.

Allocate resources effectively, balancing priorities across multiple projects.

Collaborate with clients, suppliers, and other engineering disciplines to ensure alignment.

Facilitate reviews and approvals throughout the project lifecycle.

Salary : $180,000 - $200,000
