Job Opportunity: Real Estate Manager
Location: New York City OR Atlanta, GA (Hybrid – 4 Days in Office)
Salary: $110,000–$125,000 15% bonus
Target Start Date: ASAP
About the Role: We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to support our client's growing portfolio of community-scale renewable energy projects. This role focuses on resolving title issues, managing lease operations, and engaging with various stakeholders to ensure the successful delivery of projects across multiple states.
As a Real Estate Manager, you will play a crucial role in maintaining project timelines, ensuring compliance with lease obligations, and supporting landowner relationships. You’ll work closely with legal counsel, landowners, and sellers, while managing a high volume of active projects.
Key Responsibilities:
- Resolve title issues and address related documentation requirements.
- Ensure lease obligations are met and managed across multiple projects.
- Collaborate with landowners, legal counsel, and sellers.
- Support the preparation of NDAs, curative documents, and other project-specific agreements.
- Manage a portfolio of community-scale solar projects (5-25 projects at a time).
- Monitor and maintain project status across multiple states (current and emerging pipeline).
What We’re Looking For:
- Proven experience in title work and lease obligations management.
- Familiarity with ALTA surveys and other title-related processes.
- Strong external-facing experience, ideally involving direct communication with landowners.
- A track record of successfully managing multiple projects and working in a fast-paced environment.
The Ideal Candidate:
- Has a background in title work or land administration.
- Demonstrates strong organizational skills and an ability to prioritize tasks.
- Brings strong communication skills and can navigate complex stakeholder relationships.
- Can work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
