Shift: Wednesday 7-10:30a, 12:15p-3:15p / Saturday & Sunday 7-10:30a, 12:15p-3:15p
Pay Range: $16.35/hour

Job Summary:

We are seeking a friendly and customer-focused Waitstaff member to join our dining team at our independent senior living community. In this role, you will provide excellent table service, ensuring residents have a pleasant dining experience. Responsibilities include taking orders, serving meals, maintaining cleanliness, and fostering a welcoming environment. Responsibilities:

• Greet residents warmly and assist with meal selections.

• Serve food and beverages efficiently and courteously.
• Ensure dining areas are clean and properly set before and after meals.
• Follow all food safety and sanitation guidelines.

• Provide exceptional customer service and address resident needs promptly.

Qualifications:

• 1 year prior restaurant or hospitality experience is preferred but not required to apply.

• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
• Ability to read and write the English language.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and stand for extended periods.

• Reliable, friendly, and professional demeanor.

• Must be 16 years of age or older.

• A High School Diploma or Equivalent preferred
