Sales and Marketing Assistant
SUMMARY of Duties
The Sales & Marketing Assistant is responsible for assisting the Director of Sales & Marketing in actively acquiring and managing short- and long-term leads. These responsibilities include handling all telephone, walk-in, and inbound mail inquiries; qualifying prospects; converting qualified leads to tours; converting tours to deposits; and, assisting with move-ins in accordance with established procedures. The Sales & Marketing Assistant is also responsible for the smooth transition of a new resident into the community. The Sales & Marketing Assistant will maintain a thorough knowledge of the property's product and services to effectively and accurately represent the property to referral sources and prospects.

High School Diploma (or equivalent) required, A bachelor's degree from an accredited university preferred
