HDD Operator (Horizontal Directional Drill)

Overview
We are seeking a skilled Driller to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience operating various types of heavy equipment and be proficient in drilling operations. This role is essential for ensuring the successful completion of projects while maintaining safety standards and operational efficiency. The Driller will work closely with other team members to execute drilling tasks effectively.

Responsibilities

• Operate drilling equipment, including horizontal drilling machinery, to complete assigned tasks.
• Conduct routine inspections and maintenance on drilling equipment to ensure optimal performance.
• Collaborate with team members to plan and execute drilling operations efficiently.
• Follow safety protocols and regulations to maintain a safe working environment.
• Document daily activities, including equipment usage and project progress.
• Assist in building and preparing sites for drilling operations.

Requirements

• Proven experience in horizontal drilling.
• Familiarity with commercial driving regulations and practices.
• Experience in horizontal drilling techniques is required.
• Ability to operate tankers safely and efficiently.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety standards.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work well within a team environment.
• Physical stamina to perform manual labor and operate machinery for extended periods.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From $25.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
