Solugenix is looking for a Project Manager. This is a 3-6 month contract opportunity based out of Carlsbad, CA (Onsite).

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Program/Project Manager to join our team for a 3–6 month contract. The successful candidate will work on our home security products, coordinating resources within the engineering team, tech writers, product management, marketing, and operations to ensure the successful development, testing, and launch of our products. This role requires excellent organizational skills, the ability to manage multiple conflicting priorities, and a proactive approach to driving projects forward.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a Program/Project Manager.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to manage multiple conflicting priorities and keep or improve the project schedule.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in project management tools and software.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Experience in coordinating resources across multiple departments and managing vendors and partners.
• A proactive approach to problem-solving and the ability to drive projects forward.

• Experience in the home security, access control, smart home, or related industries.
• Knowledge of Jira or other project management tools.
• PMP or other relevant project management certification.

• Coordinate resources within the engineering team, tech writers, product management, marketing, and operations to ensure timely product development and testing.
• Conduct trials, manage vendors and partners, and oversee the project lifecycle.
• Develop and maintain detailed project plans, schedules, and budgets.
• Ensure that projects are delivered on time, within scope, and budget.
• Manage changes to the project scope, project schedule, and project costs.
• Communicate effectively with all stakeholders, providing regular updates on project status and progress.
• Identify and resolve project issues and risks, ensuring that all project objectives are met.
• Drive the project forward, ensuring that all team members are aligned and working towards common goals.

Pay Range for CA, CO, IL, NJ, NY, WA, and DC: $65/hour to $70/hour. Starting rate of pay offered may vary depending on factors including but not limited to, position offered, location, education, training, and/or experience.
