Solugenix is looking for an AP Coordinator. This is a 4-month contract opportunity in Newport Beach, CA (Onsite).
Qualifications:
- 2 years prior experience.
- High school diploma, no degree necessary.
- Strong data entry skills.
- Proficient in MS Excel.
- Knowledge of accounting principles and AP processes.
- Ability to work independently and take initiative.
- Ability to work well with a team and other departments.
- Possess good time management skills.
- MRI Software and Avidxchange knowledge is a plus.
- Weekly invoice payment processing and check run experience are necessary.
- Receive or make vendor phone calls, open and date stamp mail.
Pay Range for CA, CO, IL, NJ, NY, WA, and DC: $25/hour to $28/hour. Starting rate of pay offered may vary depending on factors including but not limited to, position offered, location, education, training, and/or experience.
Solugenix will consider qualified applicants with a criminal history pursuant to the California Fair Chance Act and Ordinance.
