Solugenix is looking for a Media Operations Associate. This is a 6 month contract opportunity.
The Media Operations Associate will be responsible for end-to-end account onboarding, advertiser activation, and general campaign management.
Qualifications:
- 2 years of experience in Ad Tech and/or Ad Campaign Operations experience supporting Account Management or Sales.
- Experience with a variety of tech platforms such as SFDC and other similar CRM platforms.
- Good SQL skills and analytics experience.
- Comfortable working across multiple projects, teams and priorities while hitting deadlines.
- Strong attention to detail and can ensure accurate outputs while juggling multiple workstreams.
- Proven track record of leading projects and delivering results needed to complete business goals in a complex and fast-moving environment.
- Must be process-driven.
- Problem solver.
Responsibilities:
- Manage advertiser account creation and onboarding at scale, with close attention to detail to ensure account access and billing are correctly configured.
- Build and execute advertiser campaigns to enable timely and accurate launches tied to high-stake media investments.
- Work closely with our Sales team to ensure Salesforce inputs for both campaign briefs and pipeline tracking are accurately maintained.
- Manage day-to-day campaign issues or questions from Sales and advertisers, being the first tier of escalation to troubleshoot independently or in coordination with internal teams.
- Partner closely with our Catalog team to ensure Advertisers are able to run campaigns against their full desired portfolio.
- Streamline and automate processes as workflows evolve.
Pay Range for CA, CO, IL, NJ, NY, WA, and DC: $35/hour to $45/hour. Starting rate of pay offered may vary depending on factors including but not limited to, position offered, location, education, training, and/or experience.
