What’s the role about?
As a Business Development Manager, you’ll be the engine behind our growth strategy. Your focus will be generating new business opportunities, building relationships with potential clients, and bringing innovative solutions to the table. You’ll be empowered to work independently, manage your own schedule, and make an impact from day one!
What you’ll be doing:
- Building relationships: Identifying and reaching out to schools, parent groups, and other organizations and companies via email, phone, and in-person networking.
- Creating opportunities: Building and maintaining strong relationships with key decision-makers.
- Understanding needs: Presenting our services in a compelling way to meet community needs.
- Driving growth: Continuously improving sales strategies and identifying new market opportunities.
- Collaborating: Work alongside our passionate team to develop and execute sales campaigns.
