Job Title : Salesforce Architect w / AI
Summary
We are seeking a Salesforce Architect with a strong background in designing and implementing solutions across Salesforce clouds (e.g. Sales Service Marketing Data Cloud)
Required Skills
- Minimum 10 years of experience including handson work with at least two Salesforce clouds.
- Minimum 2 3 years experience in architecting and implementing Einstein AI features particularly within Sales and Service Clouds.
- Expertise in AI / Gen AI technologies including knowledge of LLMs RAG and similar tech stacks.
- Salesforce development and architecture expertise.
- Experience with Salesforce APIs integrations and data migration.
- Strong understanding of Salesforce data models and Einstein AI features.
- Experience with Solutions engineering architecture and technical advisory.
- Ability to develop strategic roadmaps and align solutions with business objectives.
- Excellent communication and relationshipbuilding abilities especially with senior executives.
