Job Description
The BCaBA works collaboratively with the Qualified Supervising Professional (QSP), Supervisor, BCBAs, RBTs, and Behavior Interventionists to deliver comprehensive applied behavior analytic (ABA) assessment and clinical services.
Responsibilities include overseeing programming for identified clients under the direct supervision of a BCBA, providing training to caregivers, conducting behavioral assessments of clients, designing behavior and individual support plans, coordinating, scheduling, communicating, and continually evaluating the effectiveness of functional assessments, behavioral evaluations, and behavior plans.
The BCaBA must adhere to the BACB's Professional and Ethical Compliance Code for Behavior Analysts as well as all regulatory and statutory rules in the state of Minnesota.
Required Skills and Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Behavioral Science or related field
- BCaBA certification
- Experience working with children and adolescents with Autism spectrum disorders
