Job description
We are seeking a skilled Full Charge Bookkeeper to join our bookkeeping team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling our clients financial records, including maintaining financial reports, records, and general ledgers.
YOU MUST BE A FULLCHARGE BOOKKEEPER EXPERT IN QUICKBOOKS and understanding of balance sheet and P&L Review TO APPLY. 20 to 30 hours flexible during work hours monday through friday.
Responsibilities that are a MUST
- Perform all aspects of accounting including accounts payable, accounts receivable, payroll processing, and bank reconciliations for Clients
- You must be able to Prepare financial statements and reports for clients and be able to discuss the financials with clients. Balance sheet understanding is MUST!
- Manage general ledger entries and ensure accuracy of financial data
- Conduct monthly and year-end closings
- Handle Sales tax for clients
Qualifications
- Proven experience as a Full Charge Bookkeeper or similar role
- Proficient in accounting principles and practices
- Knowledge of Quickbooks Desktop and QB Online using bank feeds
- Experience with balance sheet reconciliation and bank reconciliation
- Background in corporate accounting or public accounting is a plus
