The Solutions by Sanford organization is seeking a skilled and compassionate Registered Nurse to join its team as a Traveling Registered Nurse. This role involves providing individualized patient care while collaborating with interdisciplinary teams.
Key Responsibilities:
- Utilize the nursing process to provide high-quality patient care.
- Collaborate with physicians and other healthcare professionals to develop effective care plans.
- Conduct thorough patient assessments, identifying areas for improvement and implementing necessary interventions.
- Educate patients and their families on health management and disease prevention strategies.
- Maintain accurate and detailed records of patient interactions and outcomes.
Requirements:
- A graduate from an accredited nursing program, including but not limited to American Association of Colleges of Nursing (AACN), Accreditation Commission for Education in Nursing (ACEN), and National League for Nursing Commission for Nursing Education Accreditation (NLN CNEA).
- An unencumbered RN license with the State Board of Nursing where the practice of nursing is occurring, or multistate licensure if in a Nurse Licensure Compact (NLC) state.
- At least one year of experience in a healthcare setting, preferably with travel experience.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
