Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with healthcare professionals to plan and coordinate patient care
- Provide individualized nursing care using the nursing process (assessment, diagnosis, outcomes/planning, implementation, and evaluation)
- Maintain accurate records and communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare teams
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives and contribute to a culture of safety and excellence
About the Role:
- Duration: 13 weeks (with options for extension or transfer to another Sanford site)
- Pay rate includes stipend, paid weekly
