Responsibilities :
Assist the sales team by providing lead times and feasibility assessments for customer requirements.
Process and manage sales orders, including new sales, aftermarket orders, price list-based orders, and service-related requests.
Collaborate with operations to monitor purchase orders, work orders, and production schedules.
Serve as the main point of contact for customers regarding technical documentation, quality standards, and job timelines.
Oversee the final stages of order fulfillment, including shipping coordination and invoicing in partnership with logistics and finance teams.
Provide post-sales support, including installation guidance and warranty claim management.
Maintain and update records in the in-house CRM system, ensuring all customer and order activity is accurately documented.
Coordinate with logistics providers to ensure timely and accurate delivery of orders.
Qualifications :
Minimum 3-5 years of proven experience in logistics, order management, or sales support.
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent education.
Strong knowledge of CRM systems or order management software.
Proven experience managing assisting sales and / or after-sales processes related to order management, quoting lead time, etc.
Preferred, familiarity in supporting customers with technical products or documentation, such as installation manuals and drawings.
Experience in coordinating with carriers and managing shipping logistics.
Skills :
Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
Strong communication skills for coordinating with internal teams and customers.
Problem-solving abilities to address customer inquiries and logistical challenges.
