What are the responsibilities and job description for the Benefits Supervisor position at Solve IT Strategies, Inc.?
Responsibilities:
- Lead the daily administration of all benefit programs, policies, and procedures, managing ongoing relationships with external vendors and consultants.
- Lead the planning, preparation and distribution of written and verbal benefits communications for employees with internal and external benefits communication teams.
- Develop, organize, and track workflow and processes completed by the benefits team, validating and coordinating the work of the benefit analysts, and assisting with the hiring, training and reviewing performance of benefits staff.
- Lead annual open enrollment process.
- Act as liaison to the employee service center and as a knowledge resource for employees and benefit team members.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree required.
- At least 5-7 years of related work experience in the management of employee benefits.
- Highly organized to plan, track, evaluate and follow-up on multiple priorities.
- Strong Microsoft PowerPoint, Outlook, Word, and Excel skills.
