Duties :
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Project Manager to oversee the Program Management Office (PMO) within Customer Experience (CX) organization. The successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating and managing projects, planning cycles, tracking goal performance, and enhancing overall CX through effective program management and communication.
Requirements :
Ideal candidate has 3 years of project management experience, is an excellent communicator, has attention to detail, highly organized and is excited to manage a PMO across a large organization.
Project Management Expertise :
- Proven experience in managing large-scale, cross-functional projects.
