Responsibilities:
Support the planning and execution of offsite program and related activities. This role is focused on ensuring smooth logistics for offsite events held in office spaces or external venues, as well as coordinating offsite dinners, activities, and logistics such as shuttle services, vendor contracts, payment processing to ensure timely and accurate execution of agreements, and overall attendee experience.
Qualifications:
- Ideally at 3 of event planning/coordinating experince.

Position: Event Coordinator
Schedule: Hybrid, Monday - Friday 9am-5pm EST
Term: 9 month with possibility for extension and permanent placement.
• Hybrid (3-4 days in office).
• Work some odd hours (morning check-ins, onsite dinners).
• May not be traditional 9-5 hrs.
• Overtime will be available weekly!
Pay: $25-30/hr
Salary : $25 - $30
