What you'll be doing :
Self-source a top talent pipeline of candidates to support your recruiting partner(s) and the hiring managers using different and creative strategies.
Partner with leaders and teams to deeply understand their hiring needs and proactively translate that into a positive candidate and interviewer experience.
Maintain data integrity and use available data to inform hiring efficiency and success for yourself and your hiring team.
Build processes that will help the recruitment team scale its efforts for years to come.
Partner with Eng, Product, Design stakeholders and working groups on pilot hiring projects.
Represent the company with integrity and professionalism.
Skills :
5 years of sourcing or recruiting experience in a technical industry or company.
Proven track of identifying, attracting, and helping close difficult to attract top candidates.
Experience building out recruiting processes in global markets.
Deep knowledge across the entire candidate lifecycle, from talent mapping, research, sourcing, interviewing, to closing.
Demonstrated prowess in creating innovative and unique ways to proactively find and engage pipelines of cross functional talent.
Ability to think strategically and proactively, with a data-driven approach to decision-making.
