What You’ll Be Accountable For
- Support the Tech recruiting team with high-volume open roles'
- Source, pipeline, and screen candidates across multiple business units
- Conduct candidate outreach and initial phone screens
- Collaborate with recruiters and hiring managers to assess candidate fit and role alignment
- Maintain up-to-date candidate data and activity in the applicant tracking system (ATS)
- Deliver exceptional candidate experience through professional and timely communication
- Assist with job postings, market research, and reporting as needed
- Bachelor’s degree OR High School Diploma and at least 3 years of experience in a recruitment department or staffing agency
- Experience in sourcing, screening, interviewing, and candidate assessment
- Familiarity with Kenexa or similar ATS tools (e.g., iCIMS, Workday)
- Demonstrated customer service experience, including meeting quality standards and evaluating satisfaction
- Strong time management skills, with the ability to prioritize and track multiple projects with varying deadlines
- Willingness to travel up to 10% for business purposes
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Flexible and adaptable to shifting priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or Business Administration
- At least 1 year of experience recruiting for technology roles
- Experience using behavioral interviewing and assessment techniques
- AIRS certification
- Experience collaborating across teams to develop recruiting strategies that meet goals within budget and timelines
- Familiarity with OFCCP compliance guidelines
