Job Summary:

The Project Manager oversees all aspects of federal construction projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within scope, and on budget. This role includes managing contracts, coordinating subcontractors, ensuring compliance with federal regulations, and maintaining effective communication with stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage federal construction projects from inception to completion.

Develop and oversee project budgets, schedules, and plans.

Coordinate with subcontractors, vendors, and federal agencies to ensure compliance with project specifications.

Prepare and manage contract documents, change orders, and claims.

Ensure projects meet safety, quality, and environmental standards per federal guidelines.

Conduct regular project status meetings and provide reports to stakeholders.

Resolve project-related issues promptly.

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field.

5 years of federal construction project management experience.

Familiarity with FAR (Federal Acquisition Regulation) and government contracting.

Excellent leadership, organizational, and communication skills.

Proficient in project management software (e.g., Procore, Primavera P6).

PMP certification (preferred).

Job Types: Full-time, Contract

Pay: $109,235.00 - $118,963.00 per year
