Job Details

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Compliance Specialist to support a compliance and audit
preparation program. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in compliance tracking, audit
management, and program management, with a demonstrated proficiency in project management and
organization.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead the documentation and assessment process for a compliance framework, working closely
with business teams to identify and address any deficiencies in preparation for the audit.
Utilize the AuditBoard platform to track, manage, and report on the status of the compliance
program.
Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure that compliance requirements are understood
and met across the organization.
Provide regular updates to senior management on the progress of the compliance program and
audit readiness.
Maintain comprehensive and up-to-date program documentation to support ongoing
compliance efforts and future audits.
Identify risks and recommend solutions to enhance the organization's compliance posture.

YOUR EXPERIENCE:
Excellent program management and organizational skills, with the ability to handle multiple
priorities and meet deadlines.
Strong communication skills, with the ability to present complex updates to senior
management.
Detail-oriented, with a focus on accuracy and thoroughness in documentation.
Compliance background is preferred, specifically in frameworks such as NIST 800-171 .
Experience using compliance tracking systems (AuditBoard or a comparable platform) is also preferred.
