The Impact You?ll Make in this Role
As a Global Supply Chain Analyst, you will have the opportunity to tap into your curiosity and collaborate with some of the most innovative and diverse people around the world. Here, you will make an impact by:

? Supporting Purification & Filtration global markets; you will be working closely with our regional supply chain teams to support business growth around the world.

? Developing a deep understanding of the JD Edwards ERP system and data to support business critical reporting

? Owning the Purification & Filtration Supply Chain Reporting Portal, which includes report maintenance and new report creation

? Lead global supply chain process improvement projects to drive supply chain business results

? Own and maintain specific areas of JD Edwards ERP master data & transactional data as assigned

Your Skills and Expertise
To set you up for success in this role from day one, Solventum requires (at a minimum) the following qualifications:

• Bachelor?s Degree or higher AND 3 years of Sourcing, Logistics, Reporting Development and Maintenance, and/or Supply Chain Planning experience in a private, public, government or military environment

OR

• High School Diploma/GED AND 7 years of Sourcing, Logistics, Reporting Development and Maintenance, and/or Supply Chain Planning experience in a private, public, government or military environment

Additional qualifications that could help you succeed even further in this role include:

? Bachelor?s degree or higher in Supply Chain, Operations Management, and/or Business Analytics from an accredited university

? More than five (5) years of combined experience in Sourcing, Logistics, Reporting Development and Maintenance, and/or Supply Chain in a private, public, government or military environment

? APICS certification or willingness to pursue

? Solventum internal systems experience (COMS, i2 planning suite, ERP / SAP, JD Edwards)

? Continuous Improvement / Lean Six Sigma experience

? Demonstrated coaching, interpersonal communication, and team leadership ability

? History of successfully applying business knowledge to support business needs and goals

? Initiates, leads, and implements the process of supply chain problem identification and resolution

? Report creation and maintenance experience with PowerBI, BOXI, Microsoft Access, SQL

? Advanced Microsoft Office (Excel, Sharepoint) development experience

Work location:

• Hybrid Eligible (Job Duties allow for some remote work but require travel to Maplewood, MN or a Purification &Filtration US Plant Location at least 1 day per week)

Travel: May include up to 5% (domestic/international]

Relocation Assistance: May be authorized

Applicable to US Applicants Only:The expected compensation range for this position is $106,331 - $129,960, which includes base pay plus variable incentive pay, if eligible. This range represents a good faith estimate for this position. The specific compensation offered to a candidate may vary based on factors including, but not limited to, the candidate?s relevant knowledge, training, skills, work location, and/or experience.
