Work Environment:
This position requires driving a company vehicle, which will require pre-employment and ongoing review of motor vehicle history for candidates who are offered and hired for this position. Field-based role with up to 50% overnight travel expected (may vary based on territory). Relocation Assistance: May be authorized.
Compensation:
The expected compensation range for this position is $141,775 - $173,280, which includes base pay plus variable incentive pay, if eligible. This range represents a good faith estimate for this position.

- Account and territory management to deliver sustainable business growth based on targets/quotas
- Use data and analytics to inform business planning
- Complete essential business planning requirements and maintain sales call data utilizing Salesforce.com
- Identify and solve customer financial & clinical priorities & constraints
- Demonstrate proficiency upon successful completion of sales training program
- Leverage hospital network & various contacts to identify expansion and conversion opportunities
- Persuade key stakeholders at account to advocate for proposed solutions and products
- Relationship management with key clinical and economic stakeholders
- Increase mix of NPI utilization
- Collaborate with channel/distribution partners to manage relationships and align on mutually beneficial tactics/programs
- Offer new and ongoing in-service, education, technical support and troubleshoot product-related issues as needed
- Leverage publications and industry guidelines to influence product adoption and standardization
- Drive contract compliance and standardization opportunities
- Support conferences, trade shows, and symposiums
Requirements:

- Bachelor's Degree AND minimum 2 years in a private, public, government or military environment
