We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Manufacturing Supervisor to lead our team at Solventum. In this role, you will be responsible for creating and maintaining a safe, healthy, and sustainable workplace through active leadership.
The ideal candidate will have three years of manufacturing experience in a private or public environment and a high school diploma/GED or higher from an accredited institution. They must also be able to drive a company vehicle and undergo regular motor vehicle history reviews.
This position requires collaboration with cross-functional partners to implement continuous improvements in safety, employee engagement, productivity, and quality. As a Senior Manufacturing Supervisor, you will lead self and others at multiple levels through supervision, providing recognition, policy administration, and coaching for improvement.
Responsibilities include implementing and ensuring continuous improvements, leading and developing self and others, driving company vehicle operation, and adhering to required qualifications and skills.
The estimated salary for this position is $119,076 - $145,537 per year, plus variable incentive pay if eligible. To succeed, candidates must be dedicated to creating a positive work environment and promoting a culture of excellence.
