Job Description
The Inside Sales Representative will be responsible for establishing and maintaining customer relationships, driving sales growth through virtual sales, up-selling, and cross-selling strategically aligned products within focused markets.
This role requires a comprehensive understanding of the customer's business/sales models to help manage and influence business growth. The successful candidate will have a proven track record of achieving sales targets, building strong relationships with customers, and staying up-to-date with market trends.
- Drive Solventum sales to assigned distribution in managed territories
- Maintain a working sales plan with strategies and tactics to achieve annual sales forecasts
- Establish and maintain customer relationships through a comprehensive understanding of the customer's business/sales models
- Demonstrate a proficient level of procedural and technical product knowledge to identify products that meet customer needs
