The Impact You'll Make in this Role

- Managing quality management systems to ensure requirements are established and maintained.
- Conducting operational planning to support the overall quality strategy for the site.
- Planning, organizing and directing all quality activities and policies at the site.
- Assuring all products released to the market meet their specification and comply with relevant regulatory requirements.
- Applying continuous improvement methodology to drive prevention of quality nonconformances and deviations.
- Preparing for, managing, and following-up on quality and regulatory audits/inspections.
- Guiding the plant and business with appropriate risk-based decision making around deviations and change control.
- Implementing quality and regulatory strategies aligned to global regulations and business strategic plans.
- Developing a team to deliver solutions for highly complex and multi-faceted problems.
Your Skills and Expertise
- To be successful in this role, you will need to have a minimum of ten years of combined regulatory and/or quality experience within a healthcare regulated industry, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- You must also have six years of leadership experience in the healthcare industry.
- In addition, you will need a valid driver's license and may be required to occasionally drive a company vehicle.
