General Purpose
The Program Supervisor performs responsible administrative and clinical supervisory work in the coordination of program services, quality assurance and professional services.

Essential Duties / Responsibilities
- Responsible for administrative and clinical supervision appropriate for the office
- Responsible for problem-solving issues with other services to support programs
- Responsible for adherence to system-wide quality assurance monitoring program
- Provides leadership in strengthening internal communications
- Creates and promotes a positive and supportive work environment
- Provides clinical consultation including review of ethical issues
- Establishes, implements, and evaluates policy, procedure and program content
- Prepares, reviews, and administers program budgets
- Selects, orients, trains, counsels, disciplines, and directs assigned program staff
- Routinely conducts quality assurance activities through reviews, meetings, reports and observation of results, according to professional practice standards and regulatory compliance
- Evaluates and monitors program needs, identifies unmet needs and revise services needed
- Provides organization, direction and staffing according to the scope of services provided
- Organizes and coordinates system-wide projects. Plans and consults with others as necessary
- Writes reports, policies and procedures, as indicated
- Problem-solves issues with other services, as indicated
- Conducts in-service training
- Participates in and conduct meetings, as necessary
- Participates in fire drills, disaster evacuations and other safety-related activities
- Maintains prompt and regular attendance
- Performs other duties as assigned

Work Schedule : Monday to Friday 8 : 00am to 5 : 00pm
In office preferred - office location can be in Fremont, Chaffee, or Lake county.
Hybrid work schedule will be considered.

Working Environment :
This job operates in a fast-paced, professional office environment and routinely requires the use of standard office equipment such as computers, phones, photocopiers. The position may require travel to conferences, meetings and branch locations on a regular or intermittent basis. Work may involve moderate exposure to unusual elements, such as extreme temperatures, dirt, dust, fumes, smoke, unpleasant odors, and / or loud noises. In the health center environment, there is potential for contact with blood-borne pathogens and communicable diseases, as well as potential for contact with dissatisfied or abusive individuals. There could be interaction with persons who are mentally ill, disabled, elderly and emotionally upset.

This is a largely sedentary role but can involve standing or sitting for extended periods of time, bending at the waist, and using hands and fingers to handle and file papers or operate assigned equipment. Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, distance vision, color vision, and ability to adjust focus. Employee may also have to lift 10 to 25 lbs. unassisted.
