Typical Duties Include:
- Inspecting construction projects to ensure they meet state specifications and project plans
- Checking quantities and calculations according to project plans
- Keeping accurate project records and submitting reports on time
- Addressing any non-conforming work with contractors
- Entering data into ODOT's system as directed
- Assisting in problem-solving and offering solutions
- Using proper safety equipment and following health and safety protocols
- Maintaining confidentiality with sensitive project data
- Completing assigned special projects and other duties
Job Requirements:
- Demonstrated knowledge of materials used
- Analyzing risks and offering viable solutions
