Requirements
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
As the General Manager you will be expected to perform tasks that improve Someburros. You are responsible for ensuring proper work quality and customer service from employees, including yourself, and to adhere to Someburros standards.
We are looking for a resourceful Restaurant Manager to be responsible for meeting all restaurant’s revenue, profitability and quality goals. You will ensure efficient restaurant operation and maintain high production, productivity, quality, and customer-service standards. Our GMs are treated as family members and are expected to run their stores as if it’s their own home.
Responsibilities
- Coordinate the entire restaurant operation
- Deliver superior guest services and ensure absolute customer satisfaction
- Respond efficiently to customer complaints
- Enforce and offer the best quality of products possible
- Organize and supervise shifts
- Appraise personnel’s performance and provide feedback to keep them upbeat and productive
- Ensure we are meeting our percentage goals in food, labor, disposable, and cleaning costs.
- Monitor compliance with sanitation and safety rules and regulations
- Control costs and minimize waste
- Successfully promote and publicize our brand
- Nurture a positive working environment and lead by example
- Monitor operations and initiate corrective actions
- Knowledgeable in all restaurant positions and willing to fill in as needed
Duties
- Banks (including day banks and going to the bank)
- Training of new employees
- Interview and hiring of employees
- Ordering – know how to do all orders
- Update financials
- Inventory
- Running shifts with zero mistakes
- Calling Vendors for various requests
- Making minor repairs and improvements to restaurant
- Deep Cleaning
QUALIFICATIONS
- Ability to be on your feet for a full shift in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience is preferred.
- A great personality, work ethic, and willingness to learn are an absolute must to join our family!
FULL-TIME WORK SCHEDULE
Work schedules vary depending on the restaurant’s needs. General Managers are expected to work 45 hours per week or more to meet the needs of the restaurant.
