- Answering of calls
- Confirm accuracy in data entry
- Respond to customer inquiries and provide timely and accurate assistance
- Troubleshoot issues and provide solutions
- Maintain thorough and up-to-date knowledge of our services
- Document customer interactions and resolutions
- Collaborate with other departments to resolve customer issues and ensure customer satisfaction
- Escalate complex or unresolved issues to the appropriate team or supervisor
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- 1 year or more of experience in customer support or a related field
- Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
- Ability to remain calm and composed in stressful situations
- Proficient in using Microsoft applications and other customer support tools
