Our company is looking for an individual with a variety of skills to assist the Business Office Manager. The Administrative Assistant will be highly proficient in performing a variety of administrative/clerical duties such as filing, multi-tasking and organizing. Responsibilities include maintaining files, posting records, compiling minor statistical data, answering telephones and performing simple data entry. Will be required to operate general business machines such as computer workstation, copier, calculator, fax or other similar machines. Require good communication skills and working knowledge of commonly used PC applications such Word and Excel.
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $16.00 - $17.00 per hour
