Golf Shop Assistant

Experience

• Knowledge of the game of golf
• Experience at a private club desired, but not required.
• Proficient in a POS system.
• Exceptional Service and a good attitude.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Available on weekends, holidays and on occasion extended hours.

Responsibilities

• Welcome members and their guests and assist them in having a great experience at the club.
• Assist in opening and closing procedures daily.
• Working with the merchandise manager and staff to assist with receiving product, monthly inventory and daily sales.
• Help with junior golf program, junior camps and clinics.
• Assist and prepare for all member tournaments and golf events.
• Assist in all areas of the outside golf operations to ensure efficiency at all times.
• Play golf with the membership.
• If qualified, assist the Golf Professional team with providing golf instruction through lessons and clinics.

Job Types: Full-time, Seasonal

Pay: $16.00 - $18.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
