Qualifications:
- Ability to work collaboratively with teachers and families to support program access and effectively address issues that may arise.

- Demonstrate time management and organizational skills.
- The ability to manage priorities under changing circumstances and timeframes
- Ability to maintain a safe and healthy environment for students; maintains and responds to social and emotional needs of students and staff
- Knowledge and appreciation of cultural difference; commitment to removing barriers to equity, access, and inclusion
Preferred Qualifications:
- Bilingual/multicultural communication with diverse students and families is preferred.
Responsibilities:
- Screens visitors before allowing access to the school building through operation of the bell intercom system to allow access to the building
- Directs community members, student families and external partners to specific rooms of academic and activity clubs within a building
- Answers phones in the main office and transferring calls
- Makes attendance calls to student families
- Assist in management of the supplies for the building’s programs
- General record keeping for the building’s programs including student attendance support and staff sign-in/sign-out sheet
- Assist building leadership with emergency management situations such as fire or lockdown drills
- Other duties as assigned

Rate: $23/hr per hour worked
Mandatory Orientation and Professional Development Days: TBD
Program Schedule:
July 7, 2025 – August 1, 2025
Monday through Friday, 5 days a week
8:00am - 1:00pm
Position Reports to: District Director of Summer Programs and Co-Directors of the SHS Summer School Program
