Full Job Description

Looking for an outgoing employee with communication skills and has previous sales experience. The candidates will be calling clients, placing orders, answering technical questions, tracing packages, creating invoices, and informing/ selling our product.

  • Experience in Customer Service and Sales Needed
  • Must have experience with Microsoft Office Suite-Word, Outlook, and excel knowledge of QuickBooks.
  • Can function in a face pace environment.
  • Creating Invoices, failing Orders, follow-up calls to vendors and customers.
  • Well-spoken, good customer service skills.
  • Can Not Work Remote
  • Ideal candidates must be professional, punctual, organized
  • Work hours: 9 am-6 pm Monday-Friday

Job Types: Full-time

Summary

In the role of Customer Service Manager, you will be pivotal in leading a team dedicated to delivering outstanding customer service and enhancing client satisfaction. Reporting to the Operations Director, you will leverage your management and communication skills to supervise daily operations, analyze performance metrics, and implement effective strategies. Your premium skills in project management and leadership, combined with your core competencies in customer service and analysis, will drive team success. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and relevant experience in sales will further empower you to achieve organizational goals and foster a positive customer experience.

Job Types: Full-time, Contract

Schedule:

  • Monday to Friday
  • Weekends as needed
